The trainee will grasp the principle of system, know how to operate equipments, master necessary knowledge of software and hardware and maintenance, could get rid of common faults timely, complete access of upgrading custom software independently.

Warranty for 3 years
Warranty for 3 years, excluding consumable parts (lamps, color wheel), period begin from the date of display system be final accepted by customer. During this period, if faults caused by quality problems of hard and software of the display system, SITER will solve the faults timely and freely.

In order to ensure the system to work properly, SITER provides maintenance service as following:
Major fault: 7 * 24 hours live support
General fault: 5 x 8 hours (statutory working days) on-site support.
SITER promise On-site maintenance in 8 hours, always provide customers with the fastest services.
Regular visit service
All technical service after-sales, will be provided by SITER's technical support center and local after-sales service points. Regular visit service will be carried out one time in three months. Service items including test of the equipment operation, clean and record.
Lifetime warranty service
After the warranty period, customers could choose SITER to be the keeper of their display system by service contract. SITER can provide preferential maintenance and spare parts, just charge material cost.
