An energy company in Inner Mongolia


Customer purchased optical engine and spare parts for monitoring DLP display system formed by 8×2 67” unitsfrom SITER. Customer asked SITER for site technical support as no qualified personnel know how to replace parts and debug system.

 

Phone guidance could not solve the problem. SITER responded in short time and flied to the scene timely. SITER technician team guided customer how to do DLP system testing, how to replace lamps, how to replace control board and how to debugging. Meanwhile, trained the DLP system supervisor of customer to master common troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
